It’s that honey-warm stretch at the end of the year, when every weekend seems to bloom into another little celebration, and tables keep filling up like friendly picnic blankets in a meadow. With all this fluttering from gathering to gathering, I thought I’d share a healthy little treasure: my strawberry cookies.
They’re plant-based and gluten-free, like sweet crumbs from a kind bee’s garden—safe for everyone to nibble without the sugar whirlwind that commercial treats can bring (yes, little ones, I’m looking at you ).
And here’s the extra magic: these cookies don’t just sit pretty on a dessert plate. You can hang them on your Christmas tree like tiny, edible ornaments, or tuck them into a pouch and take them along to warm a friend’s home.
